The Montgomery County Coin Club will meet Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:15 p.m. at the Margaret Schweinhaut Senior Center, 1000 Forest Glen Road, Silver Spring. Meetings are open to members and non-members alike.
The program will be “Coin Program designs and related issues by the United States Mint and other America 250th celebration entities”. It will be a 20-minute design preview and revealing of the soon-to-be issued coinage of the Semiquincentennial Circulating Coin Program, precious metal coinage program, and a few notable private mint medal releases.
In addition to the program, there will be a monthly auction consisting of a mix of U.S. and foreign coins, as well as other interesting numismatic items. Anyone in attendance may bid on the lots. Members will receive the auction list with their monthly bulletin. Non-members may bid on lots, but only members may submit items for auction. Searchable results for auctions from 2022 to the present are available on the website under the “Auctions” tab.
