IN MEMORIAM: Bill Massey

MCCC was saddened to learn that Bill Massey passed away on May 25, 2008. SGT. MAJ. William McKinley Massey, “Bill” to his friends, was born on April 18, 1925 and served over 26 years in the U.S. Army. A member of our greatest generation, Bill served in World War II and during the Korean War. His son Willy says that one of his biggest joys was Numismatics. He loved going to the monthly Montgomery County Coin Club Meetings, and especially loved working the big Baltimore Coin & Currency Conventions with his son Willy. MCCC sends its sincere condolences to the Massey Family.
