Proposed Changes to the MCCC Constitution
At the August meeting, amendments to the MCCC
constitution were presented and approves by more than two-thirds of the members at attendance.
As required by the constitution, changes must be approved in two consecutive meetings. A second vote
will take place during the September meeting. The purpose of the amendments are to bring it into
full and unequivocal compliance with Internal Revenue Service requirements for tax-exempt
organizations, streamline its governing structure and in general to reorganize the document and
clarify some provisions. Visit this page to read
