MCCC Secretary Jack Shadegg will make a presentation on a series of interesting coin and coin-related images taken with the club’s microscope. For some of the photographs, members may offer a best guess to what is pictured. Other images will have brief stories of interest about them.

Discounted 2017 Redbooks

2017 Red BookMCCC is offering members the chance to purchase the 2017 edition of the Guide Book to United States Coins, “The Redbook,” at discounted prices. Prices will be announced at the March meeting. Last year discounts ranged from 35 to 41 percent off list price for the hard cover, spiral-bound and large print editions. This is a special pre-release offer as the books will not be out until April for pick-up at the May meeting. Those interested in order must place your order with MCCC Treasurer Simcha Kuritzky during the meeting in order to take advantage of this special offer!

Did you remember to pay your 2016 MCCC dues? Membership is still the very low $8 per year and $2 for Young Numismatists, a price that has not changed in many years. MCCC dues help support our education and outreach programs. At 66-cents per meeting, it is the best deal in town! To pay your dues, download our dues form pdf from our Digital Document Library and you can either pay dues at the next meeting or mail your dues to the address on the form. If you do not pay by the end of March you will no longer receive the bulletin.

Doors will open at 7:00 PM and the meeting will start at 7:15 PM SHARP.
